Our bodies are designed to move and the less we do so the more problems we pick up along the way. Strength , flexibility and cardiovascular fitness are all required in relationship to our daily functional tasks . There is no doubt that if we don’t use it we lose it. Luckily its never to late to turn things around. Get moving!

You cannot change the body through exercise alone but you can change the body with just nutrition. The importance of nutrition and the effect it has on our health and wellbeing is still vastly underestimated in our culture today. What you assimilate and what you can eliminate has a major impact on your quality of life.


Rest & Relaxation

What goes up must come down. Even more so if you are constantly pushing yourself to the limits. Similar to how life and nature has seasons we must learn the art of ebb and flow, of hard and soft. Rest, breathe, recharge, re-ground and re-balance. This will not only add more years to your life but also more life to your years.
